About Me.
Meghan Surdey is a recent graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she earned a degree in Fashion Media with a minor in Advertising. Originally from the Bay Area, California, Meghan’s academic journey included studying abroad in Barcelona—where she attended Barcelona Fashion Week and explored 12 different countries—and a summer program at Regent’s University London, where she examined British communication and identity.

She has built strong hands-on experience in fashion and media. Meghan has created graphics and videos for Pi Beta Phi, managed social media for top Dallas restaurants like Drake’s Hollywood and Hudson House, and assisted Cynthia Rowley’s team at a private trunk show. Most recently, she interned at Rose Vanduzen, a creative production company, where she contributed to brand strategy, content creation, event planning, trend research, and film editing.

Meghan was one of 12 students selected for the SMU x LVMH Career Day, where she took part in panels, mock interviews, and resume workshops with Louis Vuitton. This experience deepened her understanding of the luxury retail industry and strengthened her ambition to work for LVMH, the world’s leading luxury goods group, which owns brands like Dior, Fendi, and Givenchy.

Starting Fall 2025, Meghan will begin her Master of Professional Studies in Fashion Management at Parsons School of Design, where she looks forward to further developing her skills in luxury branding, social media strategy, and fashion marketing.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys pilates, trying new restaurants, traveling, and listening to podcasts.
